Global Supplements Australia prides itself on our exceptional Customer Service. Please read the below details about our Payment, Packaging and Delivery processes.

  • Global Supplements Australia processes your orders as quickly as possible. Orders are printed twice daily and then take between 2 - 5 working days to process.
  • Payments are processed on successful receipt of your order. Global Supplements Australia endeavours to keep all items in stock, however due to the large number of lines that we do carry, there may be occasional out of stock situations. If any products ordered are not available at the time of the order, the unavailable item may be backordered, or for extended unavailability a Customer Service Representative will contact you and offer the following options:

1: Substitution of product for alternate size, flavour or brand.

2: Hold backorder until item chosen is available.

3: Refund your payment for the unavailable item.

· If part of your order is required to be placed on backorder due to long term unavailability, Global Supplements Australia will ship the available portion of the order as per the original request. Products that are placed on back order will be shipped to the customer with no additional freight charge.

The staff at Global Supplements Australia work hard to ensure prompt delivery of your order, however your choice of freight service will impact on delivery times.

Our Premium Courier Service is subject to normal Fastway Delivery times. Fastway is a Premium Courier Service that is best suited to Street Addresses and Places of Work delivery. Please note that someone will be required to sign for delivery, or the parcel cannot be left. Premium Courier service is charged at a similar cost to standard delivery options, however Fastway Service is the quickest option. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for delivery to most Capital Cities.

If FASTWAY delivery is not suitable, please make a note in the customer notes field for Australia Post delivery.

Standard delivery is subject to normal Australia Post Delivery times. This is best suited for PO Box addresses and where the delivery is not required urgently. Please allow 5 to 7 working days for delivery.

Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery to rural locations or Western states.

Delivery delays may be incurred due to public holidays or industrial action experienced by Australia Post and Fastway Couriers. While Global Supplements Australia will always endeavour to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, these delays may be beyond our control.

Returns

Un-opened items can be returned or exchanged for any reason. Simply send the items back to us within 14 days of receipt and we will refund your money or exchange your product. When we receive your package we will credit the card you paid us with for the full purchase price of your product.

In the event of returning a free postage item there is a mandatory deduction of $7.95 from your total refund.

Damaged & Incorrect Items: At Global Supplements Australia we do our best to package your product(s) so they will arrive to you in excellent condition.  Unfortunately, once the package leaves our warehouse, it goes through many hands and products may shift causing unintentional damage. Should you receive a product that has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately for further instructions. Please do not discard the damaged product(s) and retain the original box and packaging as inspection is often required by the carriers.

Instructions for returning products:

  1. Contact us on 1300 857 035 or enquiries@globalsupplements.com.au to let us know that you wish to return the item purchased. Please let us know why so we can rectify any problems in the future.
  2. You will be instructed to send the item back to us to the address specified below. Place items you are returning in sturdy packaging. Make sure all items are packed tightly and securely. We are not responsible for breakage during shipment of returned items.
  3. Indicate whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
  4. Make a copy of the purchase order that was enclosed with your original order, highlight the items you are returning, and place the copy in the box with the products.
  5. Take the package to your preferred shipping location to have it delivered to us. 
    (If you are returning a product due to a defect or an error made by us, please include a copy of your shipping receipt with your package so we can refund your shipping costs.)

All goods returned to Global Supplements Australia will be inspected upon their return and in the case of faulty products, a replacement product will be sent at the expense of Global Supplements Australia or a refund issued.

In the case of non-faulty goods returned to Global Supplements Australia, we reserve the right to deduct the standard restocking fee from any refund issued, or to return the goods to the customer at the customer’s expense.
